Questions about automating your business
Do I need to change the tools I use?
Usually not. We work with what you already use (your WhatsApp, your calendar, your spreadsheet or booking system) and connect the pieces. We only suggest a new tool if the current one is genuinely holding you back, and we always explain why first.
What about messaging and data protection rules?
We use the official WhatsApp Business channels and set up the notices and consents your case needs. We go through it with you before switching anything on and, if needed, with your adviser.
How much does it cost?
From €450 (+ VAT). It depends on how many processes we automate and which tools you use. We agree the price after the free review, with no surprises.
Won't automated replies feel cold?
Not if it's done well. We set it up to handle the routine instantly (hours, prices, bookings) and hand over to a person as soon as it's needed. Customers get speed and you keep the personal touch.
